ICEE TV (herein referred to as We and US) is committed to respecting your privacy and recognize your desire to protect personal information you share with us. Identifiable personal information will be collected when you sign a contract for service with us, or use our website for a transaction or subscription service. ICEE TV may on occasion use your personal information to contact you about promotional offers; advise you of matters relevant to service provision and in some cases, solicit your feedback. Some of ICEE TV sites contain links to or integrations with other sites such as Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc., whose information practices may be different than ours. Minors and Under 18 years

ICEE TV will not enter into a service subscription contract with a minor unless such minor has explicit written consent from a parent or guardian to do so. Children under age 18 should always ask their parents or guardians for permission. We do not knowingly permit children under age 18 to ICEE TV streaming network. We do not knowingly collect or solicit Personally Identifiable Information about Users under age 18. ICEE TV undertakes not to contact minors about promotional offers or for marketing purposes without a parental consent.

You may not post, display, perform, copy, reproduce, distribute, modify or otherwise use any copyrighted content (e.g., music, movies, videos, photographs, and software) belonging to others without permission or consent of the copyright owner. ICEE TV reserves the right to terminate membership privileges of any Member who intentionally or repeatedly infringes the copyrights of others. Reservation of Rights

ICEE TV reserves the right to disclose information about customers where required in good faith, to do so by law or to exercise our legal rights or defend ourselves against legal claims.

ICEE TV further reserves the right to share information with law enforcement to investigate or prevent illegal activities being committed over our network.

We reserve our rights to disclose your personal information where you have given us explicit legal written consent to do so.

We reserve the right to monitor user and network traffic for site security purposes and prevent any unauthorized attempts to tamper with our site or cause damage to our property.
